Shopping Basics

Delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect transit time only and do not include order processing.

All orders require a fulfilment period before dispatch. Please allow up to three additional business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

All timelines are stated in business days.

We offer a flat-rate shipping option, which is automatically pre-selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout based on your location.

Free shipping is available on orders of £100 GBP or more (or the equivalent in other supported currencies), and may also be activated through selected promotional codes.

As a UK-based business, we comply with all applicable government regulations and trade restrictions. As a result, we are unable to ship to certain countries.

If your country does not appear as an option during checkout, it means we are currently unable to sell or ship to that location.

All new orders are held for 12 hours before fulfilment begins.

Changes or cancellations may only be requested within this 12-hour window. After this period, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order, as production and preparation may already be underway.

All products are fulfilled on demand.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

At this time, we do not offer general returns or exchanges.

All transactions are securely processed by our payment partner, Square. This allows for secure handling of payment details while enabling a smoother checkout experience for returning customers.
