We sell printed and embroidered apparel and accessories, including but not limited to:

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
4. Custom Requests
We may, at our discretion, accept custom requests (e.g. device models not listed). Acceptance of such requests does not create an obligation to accept future custom orders.
Custom products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
5. Orders and Payment
All payments are processed securely through Square.
We do not store or process your payment details directly.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
- Limit quantities per customer
Prices are displayed in selected currencies. We are not responsible for currency conversion fluctuations applied by banks.
6. Shipping
We ship internationally, subject to restrictions.
We do not ship to certain countries due to logistical or regulatory limitations. If a country does not appear at checkout, shipping is not available to that destination.
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout:
- Do not include processing/fulfilment time.
- Processing may take up to three additional business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local authorities, or courier disruptions.
7. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (made-to-order production), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at enquiries@lionandthesun.com
with photographic evidence.
At our discretion, we may:
- Replace the item
- Issue a refund
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content are the intellectual property of Lion and the Sun.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. User Accounts
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- Delays caused by third-party services
